So I ponder with my ponderer and I wonder. If masks work so well, and California is under a mask requirement law that has never been lifted, why are the rates of infection going up like crazy there?

This is about conforming, its about conditioning. Mut go along with the herd sheeple. More than anything, this issue has fliped flopped on masks so many times.

If you want to increase herd immunity people need to be exposed and build up antibodies. Masks are prolonging this period.

The MSM talking points and social media memes indicate that you should direct public hatred at someone not wearing a mask. The new term is “selfish” when ridiculing those who don’t mask. You are to pair that with your choice of profanity when shouting at your target. Scream they they are trying to kill you.
A friend forgot to put her mask on in a store and some woman walked up and told her that two friends had already died of covid-19 and my friend was going to kill her too. I think she was a lying Karen. You’d think she’d avoid walking up to someone she believes to be contagious.......

I will sum up my takeaway point:
“It’s probably best not to say anything.”
Our area now has a mask mandate, but my previous plan if somebody accosted me for not wearing a mask was to say, “Oh shoot, I forgot it at home. Would you you mind cutting up yours and give me half? Otherwise, STFU. Good day.”
Oh for pity sake. Most of those masks tell you they won’t protect you from virus. A piece of cloth, most peoples are dirty and flimsy and are a joke.
Such a shame how so many have bought into this mask clown show.

Of course it’s tough enough, especially if it’s made of heavy cloth.
Add a plastic liner if you’re not sure.
Stay six feet away. No need to do anything else. All you will get is an argument and grief.
It’s not always the store that is doing the requiring. In many cities and in many states the stores have to comply with these orders or they risk being fined and even shut down.
You can’t always take it out on the store.
