Hi Point hardest hit.
Maybe some of these first-time buyers will re-think all this nonsense about how easy it is to buy a gun and how we have to make it so much harder to “protect” people. Seems like all the people I’ve ever seen pushing more gun control have been woefully ignorant about what laws are already on the books and just what a pain the process already is in most places.
If you have to go cheap, at least get a Kel-Tec. Much better than those.
I watched a black fella lose it at the range the other day. He had to wait 45 minutes for his NICS check. Some white kid with a conceal carry came in, bought a rifle and walked out. Guy accused the staff of being raciss.
Of course.
Betcha the new owners have not budgeted a few hundred dollars for professional training on safety and marksmanship.
What about the NEAGOA? National European American Gun Owners Assoc? How come GOA isn’t enough?
That’s pure ignorance as to the process. I hope the staff was able to explain things in a way that helped him understand, but I do feel bad for the people working there.
I’ve seen staff getting berated by an angry customer (Karen) who was incensed that they wouldn’t sell her a gun as a gift for somebody else. They tried repeatedly to explain why they couldn’t sell it to her knowing it was intended for someone else under the existing straw purchase laws, but she was having none of it and laid all the blame on the people working there.
It’s the people working at the gun shops who end up getting most of the blowback from the nonsense laws passed in the legislatures. What all these people should be doing is beating down the door at their legislators’ offices demanding that they fix the broken laws and stop creating artificial and unnecessary burdens on the free exercise of our rights as citizens.
I had to wait last time.
I have a rather common name. They had to sift through a bunch of felons, using secondary information.
I am honkier than a white goose.
NICS is super slow at certain times now. However, some stamps are coming back in 2 months!
Precisely why firearms training should be - at LEAST - subsidized and probably just done as part of a normal school education curriculum. Imagine how many fewer accidents there would be with firearms (among both children AND adults) if everyone had firearms training built into normal schooling. Think of how few defenseless victims and innocent bystanders there would be if everyone were trained and confident in firearms handling.
Ignorance breeds impulsive & ridiculous outbursts.
I remember the servers being down back during Obola’s Gun runs. Folks just left and came back the next day.
The carry permit is your jump the line ticket.
Were gonna save ourselves...
Great news if that means no more children out of wedlock, getting an education, working hard, respecting authority, eschewing drugs and alcohol, thrift, delayed gratification, respect for black lives, stop blacks killing blacks, end black baby abortion, support for liberty & freedom, and telling Democrats we are done with you!
“Hi Point hardest hit.”
LOL! What about Kel-Tec?
“EAsiEr tHan bUyiNg a bOok”
If you do care to defend speech and a good book, it aint
NAAGA!
Cool! Rhymes with MAGA.
Mossberg shockwaves...
No doubt its those angry customers who argued the most for sensible gun control.
