Wow, 6-7 miles is awesome.
I too need more walking exercise, need to get off my butt. I have recently started working out with some weights and doing the old Army push-ups to try to stay somewhat unfat, LOL.

Although, all next week we’ll have a chance of rain each day. Sorry about that. LOL
We had a dry spell for a while. The creeks were dry or very low. Hot and humid. But now it’s the rainy season here.
Guess I should sign off and get to bed.

I have recently started working out with some weights and doing the old Army push-ups to try to stay somewhat unfat At least you're doing that. Keep it up.
We've done 8 miles a couple of times, but Whew! the old hips were mad when we got done. When weather gets cooler we may do that again. Pack a snack and take a break along the way.

Sounds like we had the ame luck - or lack of - today. LOL It was pretty darn roasty-toasty and muggy. Rain not all that far off but nothing here.
And it’s getting ready to get hotter for the next week. Ugh!
