Nah, turnout's going to be up this year because it's a presidential election year. The only reason that her opponent got as far as he did was because he was buoyed by millions in cash from local business types and dark money from the DNC and he got stomped by 18 points. I was hoping to see her ousted for the closest thing to a Republican that can get elected in the 5th, but this was a fairly convincing show of support.
We're stuck with her until she drops dead. If millions of bucks in cash can't get her out, then she's dug in.

That's a fantasy. Republicans in the 5th either run as "Moderate" Democrats or go unaffiliated. The GOP label is toxic and no one in the local, state, or national party will spend any money or time backing them.

I am talking about the Nov 3rd election her opponent is a lovely BLACK republican, her turnout for this primary was 200,000 out of 700,000 in her district that is VERY LOW I don’t care if it is a Dem district these people WANT CHANGE I will wait and see if this BITCH loses her seat with the other 400,000 voters in her district!!!

Last Republican to hold that seat was a liberal Republican named Walter Judd in 1963. It's a deep blue district and the Republican candidate is not going to win.
Yep. I knew a few there. They are the ones screaming one day, "Help! Save us! They're rioting, looting, and burning down my neighborhood!" The next day, "Trump called in the troops! They're going to shoot everyone! Help! Save me!" I unfriended several of my wife's cousins.
Was their entire district and businesses burned to the ground, was the entire district about to be without ANY LEO, I am telling you these constituents are FED UP I think we are ALL going to be very surprised!! I don’t care that there have been Dems since the 60’s when people have had ENOUGH they have had ENOUGH!! They have a daily reminder of their burnt out city EVERY DAMN DAY!!
