Senator L. Louise Lucas, NAACP representative James Boyd, NAACP representative Louie Gibbs, and NAACP representative LaKeesha Atkinson need to pay 80% of the injured person's medical bills. (the last 20% paid for by the individual).

-No taxpayer to be forced to pay for injuries resulting from an attack on this country.

They all first need to pay for restoration of the statue.
