The left is about power. If they take over (presidency, house, senate) they know their tactics of resistance, investigation and riots worked. If the status quo remains (republican presidency, republican senate, democrat house) then they know that they can continue their tactics because they did not pay a cost with the electorate. The only way they will change their tactics is if it costs them big with the electorate (republican president, republican senate margin increases, republican house, as well as republican wins down ballot at the state and local levels). A massive red wave is the only thing that will make a difference and cause the democrats to at least feign moderation and cooperation so as to regain power.

Good article...Even levelheaded Americans will tolerate a good deal of collectivist meddling in their lives, as evidenced by the strength of the Rats and Rinos for nearly the past nine decades. But there is, as seen throughout history, a tipping point reached when the safety of life and property is placed in enough jeopardy. The election of Biden/Harris would certainly push us closer to that point.

In the long run, I don't see any hope for a peaceful future without the steady development of conservative geographical regions of the nation, which effectively blunt the ever increasing power of the urban masses bent on seizing or voting themselves the larder. At the very least, conservatives will need to find places where there will be safety in their numbers.
