Here is the complaint.

Some details seem to have quite a bit of spin on them relative to what the videos show. This seems like another example of the DA's office doing what they think is politically expeditious, regardless of what the evidence shows.

He’s the one that hit Kyle in the head with his skateboard, he grabbed the rifle by the barrel and pulled the rifle towards himself. Kyle had his finger on the trigger, the gun fired due the pulling of the barrel. He shot himself.
