A search engine query shows he's been in national headlines before. Arrested at a climate protest a year ago because he was turning it into violence. Newsweek even referenced his antifa neck tattoo.
A random shoot? I wouldn’t be surprised. Then again if it were random why would the victim be walking right at the shooter? What I saw it appeared the victim raise his hands and shoulders possibly in a intimidating manner as he walked towards the shooter. And if this victim was part of a vehicle caravan, what was he doing on foot? Too bad there is no close audio or better video.

I wouldn’t think anyone in Portland would wear a MAGA or even a U.S. flag patch unless they had plenty of backup with them. Who knows.
It’s all over the place that he had a blue line supporter patch and patriot prayer hat on.
