For the Mayor to be caught eating indoors at an out-of-state restaurant while his fellow Philadelphians still can’t do the same in their own city is a slap in a face to diners AND restaurateurs.....I’d be fully opening my restaurant tomorrow!!!
He said to Philadelphians... “I beg you to follow the rules.”

He appears as highly arrogant as well. Generally how most Demorats are....they never see themselves as ‘serving’ the public....quite the opposite, they see themselves as little rulers over their cities and districts.
