The right is nowhere near as organized as the left, and our leaders never have realistic long term strategy to stop the left. That’s why we complained about our education system for decades as the leftist indoctrination spread throughout all levels of our education system. They had long term strategies, and those strategies weren’t secrets. The long march through the institutions happened while we did nothing but complain.
Most people aren’t in any position to fight back in a way that will be significant when it comes to the overall goal without leadership to organize them. It will take legitimate and influential political leadership to organize the right in any conflict, and Trump is one of the few who has that.
Your family is well geared for survival. But what we are talking about is people going on the offense. I don’t believe your moral character would permit you to turn against other citizens so easily with the actual enemy not easily identified.
You, and your family, can’t be everywhere all the time, so how do others defend or even prepare to go on the offense, with what the average person has or knows ?
The politicians have declared that laws and people are not equal. Laws are at the whim of lawless citizens and cops are being fired or told to base the decision to arrest on color/protest group/which of 26 genders/the ‘need’ of the citizen they are focused on. Since judging that ‘need’ would take 3 civil servants,2 lawyers, 2 psychiatrists, 2 witnesses, and about 2 weeks time, there becomes only one answer. How convenient.
The question is not about how well your family can protect itself, but is this... How long will you put up with living in such a martial state ruled by lawless deviants (our elected politicians)?

That, unfortunately, is an excellent idea.
I am working at getting 3 months’ worth and learning how to really stretch supplies. Not sure it will be enough, but trusting the Lord will provide beyond our preps.
