The Washington Post published an analysis describing how an ad for Joe Bidens presidential campaign attacked a Social Security plan from President Trump that does not exist.
Trump gets mentioned in this ad three times. But there is no such Trump plan, Kessler wrote, before awarding the ad four Pinocchios.

DOES SO!! /S
If you don’t have any real substantial issues, make some up. Most people aren’t paying attention anyway.
Orange Man Bad. Everything else proceeds from that one axiom.
Joe is going to take away your 401k, and your SSI. Democrats don’t give a rat’s furry behind about the elderly.
Associate with liars and the mud sticks. WaPo you cannot rescue your rep by giving liars Pinochios. You done your own fair share of lying over the years.
...as long as it reaches enough of the dumb Dem voting base, mission accomplished for Joe.
He should have waited until the Atlantic made up one...
Poor Joe....maybe he’ll crawl back into the basement now.
It is pretty consistent when it comes to the subject of LYING associated with Biden and the Lying Queen...they are really putting Obama and Slick Willy to shame...
Too little too late, Jeff. The Jedi deal is gone for good.
I asked a friend who is a lib - “Tell me why you support Biden without mentioning Trump or anything Trump has done or not done.” She had nothing. Deer in the headlights. Obviously, she had not asked herself the same question.
I asked this question having seen John Kerry, John McCain, Mittens and Hellary all lose their bids having ran solely on being the “anti” candidate.
Well, I wish there WAS something besides screwing around with the payroll tax.
Needs to be the FIRST priority of any administration, making 100 percent sure that Social Security *WILL* be paid as promised. I am completely on board with a painful public death for anyone even suggesting that benefits be in any way restricted, reduced, or means-tested. Excruciatingly painful death for anyone even breathing that it be eliminated.
Any attack on what we’ve had to contribute into and counted on should result in a large caliber metal jacketed enema.
But—Joe _thought_ there was a plan—so he gets no credit for senile hallucinations?
No telling what you might find in the main stream media on a holiday weekend.
“I asked this question having seen John Kerry, John McCain, Mittens and Hellary all lose their bids having ran solely on being the anti candidate.”
True for the rest, but I don’t think you can include Hillary as just an anti candidate.
Joe and Kamala may be, but they have the media’s help for any other way they wish to be portrayed at any time. As Hillary did.
Surprised she didnt say abortion rights.
Or more special treatment/privileges for women.
That’s what we should all be doing.
They are hitting Susan Collins with the same claim on Maine. Who cares that it’s discredited? The lie sticks.
The old, “push granny off the cliff” schtick. They will rerun this along with all their, “new” ideas.
