The Orthodox Church is not just an “organization”, but a world-wide and historic community, created and nurtured by Christ, His Father, and the Holy Spirit!!!!
And if it were not for the Orthodox Church, you would not even have a Bible!!!!
Sirius Lee so do you new testament would not have been written without the Orthodox Church highly doubt that one and of course you can’t even begin to claim credit for the Old Testament so I’m not sure how you figure you gave us the Bible but enjoy your inflated opinion of yourself
LOL. every church seems to claim that they gave us the Bible. Actually God gave us the Bible but you are welcome to duke it out with all the others that think they gave us the Bible as well!
God didn’t just drop the Bible out of Heaven like Joseph Smith’s alleged golden plates.
He worked through humans. And humans guided by the Holy Spirit determined which books were authentic, which were informative, and which were frauds.
