Easy for you to say, Dr. Fauci. Restaurants, gyms and hair salons (to name a few) are barely surviving because fair weather allows outdoor eating an service-delivery. Once the weather swings, say goodbye to the few that have managed to survive thus far.
Any public policy has to be morally and economically sustainable first & second. Effectiveness against the spread of disease ranks 3rd. Doesn’t do you any good to sacrifice sustainability for a sense of perfect safety.
