All you’ll get here is “home school your kids”. Fine, but that doesn’t fix the public school system and obviously not everyone can home school or send their kids to private schools.
So the can get kicked down the road. For all the things conservatives claim to believe, there is damned little actually being done.
The starting point is for more conservatives to run for the school board and other local offices. We may just need to win one election at a time.
The problem with public schools is systemic. They were designed from the ground up to do what they are doing. The only fix is to abolish them.
