If a never-Trumper ranks his priorities, and you put Biden ‘promises’ up on the board....you as a never-Trumper can’t vote for Joe Biden. That’s the whole problem with this discussion.
I would add this...the Libertarian Party candidate (Jo Jorgensen) would definitely not fit the profile for a never-Trumper as well.
You might as well stay home and not vote on election day, if you were a never-Trumper.

I think Joe Biden inadvertently revealed the game plan when he talked of Harris/Biden. Step one: as soon as Biden is elected, he somehow is disappeared, probably citing some ailment. Harris is the president.
Step two: Harris appoints Hillary as vice president, blithely unaware that by so doing she is signing her own death warrant.
Step three: Hillary Elizabeth Bathory finally achieves her lifelong ambition.
