If Cruz would be such a horrible choice, Trump should not have put him on the list, yet he did.
That should tell you something.

????? YOu never noticed his skin tight/too small by several sizes shirts and jackets? And his work although great, is also sort of tainted with “the gov under Trump is doing nothing”. He needs to stay where he is.

Just because he put him on the list doesn’t necessarily mean Trump would pick him. We shall see.

I noticed his tight clothing but just thought he was sort of a poor dresser. (He never looks comfortable.)
When he implies that the government under Trump is doing nothing, it’s usually aimed at Barr. I usually agree with him on that.

Well, duh. Obviously he can only pick one name, so everyone else won't be picked. Funny how that works. The point still remains - if Cruz would be a horrible pick, then he shouldn't even be considered and Trump shouldn't have put him on the list.

Make them vote down a black female to the supreme court and see where that gets them. Black females are their most rabid supporters - and would see any of their own accepting Trump's nomination as the worst kind of traitor to their future government income streams.
No gain possible from appeasing that crowd - just pick Barrett, who has already been through a Senate confirmation.

its important that we RAM through the most conservative and youngest candidate we can!
we need to forever obliterate the LIE that the left respects law and order and will abide by whatever the supreme court rules.
That is a LIE!
They were more than happy for that to be the case when THEY ruled the court, but will change their tune quick when they no longer control it, just watch.

Fitton’s attitude that Barr is doing nothing is completely wrong. The reason some info he wants is not delivered is clearly because of ongoing invesgitations/grand juries and when such is over he gets the info.

At some point in the very near future, liberals will stop cursing the late Justice Ginsburg and the powers that be for her death, and realize that Ginsburg’s death is a viable “get out the vote” issue.
If I were Trump (not that he should be worried), I would be more concerned about that trend than the potential constitutional crisis that looms.
The left has already clearly indicated that it will be challenging this election in court, and I simply don’t trust Roberts to do the right thing.
Regardless, this seat needs to be filled ASAP, or we will have a 1 issue election on our hands very quickly.

Portman seems to have been a pretty useless backbencher. Trouble is, Ohio gop has had it so good for so long they have gotten fat and lazy.

Cavuto said shortly after announcement of RBG death the Dems raised 6 million dollars when they sent an email out about needing money to stop Trump from appointing SC slot. How much did Cavuto send?

RBG wanted Hillary to name her replacement, and when that plan failed, she figured. “oh crap, now I got to hang in there for four more years so that bastard Trump doesn’t get to replace me”, but that plan failed too.

In the words of The Bandit: “Speedier than that.”
Fitton is right, and this thing is all about power. Politically, the only thing that could hurt Trump or the Republicans is pussing out.

After the ‘new’ list was published, Ted Cruz stated on one of the fox's shows, he does NOT want to be on the Supreme Court ... He intends to stay ‘political’’’ I think he still thinks he can be president some day...
People not paying attention to the ‘real’ Ted Cruz, do not realized that Ted Cruz is not at all what he purports to be... Think the libtards, after the last circus for a Supreme, would NOT ask Ted about his Tuesday evenings, ‘Oh, Mandy’, $5 hundred thousand big to iCarly campaign ... After all that hashing, having Larry Tribe testify about how Harvard Ted, made a name for himself, purporting to be for ‘original’ intend of our Constitution ... and then ran for the office of president... Cruz confirmation hearings would make the Thomas hearing look like toddlers playing.

The virus has ceased to exist as a news story.
A member of the church that I attend shows all the symptoms and is fighting for his life this very moment. A guy I work with was diagnosed positive and then retested after two weeks and was negative but he still has almost no taste sense and can only taste strong things like salt. ....my point is that here, its news.
