What does her court record look like? Politically she’d be hard for the Democrats to turn down but that is by far not the top priority. What we need is a young strict constructionist. I say we should go with Amy Coney Barrett.

It is imperative to me that the nominee staunchly uphold the 2nd amendment and vote to strike down unconstitutional infringements on Americans’ 2nd amendment rights in several blue states.

Hoo boy it gets worse and worse. I wish I could say l am optimistic but with 2 R’s already bailing l will be shocked if they replace RBG before the election. Which will a huge win for the rats. Her replacement becomes the issue and it will drive every rat who had no enthusiasm for Biden out of the holes to vote. RBG just might get her wish.
Clarence Thomas is black but the Democrats in the Senate put him through hell in his confirmation hearings (especially Joe Biden). They very easily could do the same to a Hispanic woman.

He has to nominate a woman. Ginsberg was a woman so you can’t go nominating a man can you? Also women don’t get accused of raping at frat parties. As for race or ethnicity I would love to see a black conservative woman. That would be tough to vote against.
