Did Murkowski vote to confirm Kavanaugh? I remember the final vote when two senators, one dimocrat and one republican, did something not usually done. Some how they swapped votes because the republican couldn’t be present to vote because of a family obligation. Does anyone remember the details of what that was and was Murkowski involved in that exchange?

Murkowski voted present

Daines (R) missed the vote
