Well, the Senate didn’t have this information. They should amend their report.
1. The information/evidence is handed off to the police department in the jurisdiction where the person of interest lives or is believed to live.
2. The police review the information and learn something that moves it into another jurisdiction.
3. In the case of online sex crimes, there is a good chance the perpetrator and the victim are in different states. That immediately makes it an FBI matter.
If any of this sounds unusual, just remember that this is exactly how the New York City police came to know so much about Hillary's e-mails from Anthony Weiner's computer back in 2016. The incident was originally being investigated as a New York City matter through Child Protective Services because lewd photographs of Weiner were found with his child sleeping next to him. There is no federal law against Hunter’s actions with the teen girl.
The FBI has had it for a year and done nothing with it. The subpoena was supposedly supported by a signed affidavit from the lead agent on child porn cases in December of LAST year and they did nothing with it. In the meantime, what did Hunter Biden do for a year? If this is true, were other children impacted by this louse who could have been protected during that year when the FBI sat on its ass and did nothing? The FBI isn’t the swamp, it is the sewer.
