Yes he will. At a minimum 30%. The left’s grip on black people has been loosening greatly. That’s what much of the unrest has been about: to stir up racial animosity because the devil knows his grip on the minds is broken.
Bonus: Trump will also receive a sizable number of votes from white liberals because they are afraid of lawlessness and deactivating of the police.

Two black voters deciding not to vote at all is like one black voter voting for Trump.. . . and as you say, a 15% vote of blacks for Trump makes unattainable victories possible.
My fond hope, and IMHO Trump’s as well, is for black voters to cement Trump's victory and to swing the House and keep the Senate Republican.
I believe it has always been a major objective of Trump to make the Republican Party competitive for the black vote. You want to talk about legacies! IMHO that would be bigger than making ACB a SCOTUS justice. And Donald J. Trump doesn’t think small.
But the other critical need of the polity is to overturn the Warren Court’s unanimous 1964 New York Times Co. v. Sullivan decision, restoring the status quo ante in which it was actually illegal to libel Republican candidates and office holders (Democrats never get libeled). And Trump has said as much, with Levin’s concurrence.
As the saying goes, the trend is your friend. Just the fact that polls are registering this kind of black support is very encouraging.

Did Rasmussen perform a similar Black tracking poll in 2016? I would be curious to compare the numbers. Because if they were all in the 8-12 range in 2016 and they are now in the 28-32 range, then the Dems would be in catastrophic trouble. Unless there is a massive black turnout on election day, it already appears they are lagging behind percent wise in the states where that can be tracked.
