No votes from those districts should count. But the downside is that RAT operatives might flood reliably Republican districts with excess ballots to invalidate the district.
It is plausible that the American public has been dumbed down sufficiently and propagandized enough that half or more prefer radical socialism to freedom with personal responsibility.

I like Tony and his presentations.
But if you read the two links I left above in the last, you would note it’s not watermarks. The watermarks were bait.
And maybe, even likely Tony knows the watermarks were bait. He likely knows there were secret non-radioactive isotope markers placed on the ballots that he refers to as ‘tags’.
What I read that such tags were plausible and war gamed that the states (and their traitors) would think the stupid DHS would provide ballots with ‘watermarks’ ... ha ha ha ... so easy to defeat! Can easily counterfeit watermarks, no problem!
But the ‘tags’ were kept secret and unseen.
Now I need to rein myself in as all this discussion is based on entertainment WAGs. When we see the court lawsuits filed on this, then it’s no longer speculation.
We’re just trying to understand what a game plan would look like and how it might work. We don’t know for sure if it’s real yet or not.
