Does PA, MI, GA or WI law allow for Republican and Democrat observers?
Were there any precincts that AT ANY TIME, prevented Republican observers from OBSERVING?
If “YES”, then there was election fraud. It’s as simple as that. They broke the election laws and there is no way to un-break them. The integrity of the ballots in those precincts is no longer intact.
Either throw the votes in those precincts out or allow the legislatures of those states to pick the electors.
It’s really that simple.
