Not so sure, the marks I've seen require a magnifying glass to see. My problem is that those photos come from the Internet and I don't have access to a ballot or a priece of the ballot. One photo is said to be a strip from her ballot. It looks like it has a Qcode that could be scanned for comparison. That one was obvious. When she magnified it there was some watermark style print. The print was visible but the contrast was so slight, a copier wouldn't pick it up.

This why I am asking if anyone used a mail in ballot. Someone could certainly reproduce this to verify the Mark's presence or lack there of.
