But the this is that the left needs a bogeyman and for 10 years it's been Fox News. Obama attacked it all the time back when the press thought it was great for a President to criticise a media outlet. It served as a substitute for criticizing conservative voters, intead he could use Fox as a whipping boy proxy. It's useful for them to set up straw man arguments by making something bad up and adding 'like they say over on Fox News!'
They are not going to give that up even if Fox hired Bill Ayers to be their news director and made Rachel Maddow their main anchor.

Big media has been trying to shutdown Fox since its inception. With the help of Fox’s ownership they have accomplished it. They’ve silenced another alternative outlet. Rush will be gone soon. And they own the Internet. It’s taking a while, but they are slowly regaining control of the message.
I try not to be conspiratorial, but it seems to me that the DC deep-state allows FOX to exist as a token figurehead or totem for the permanent minority opposition. After all, you can’t make the suppression of dissent completely overwhelming or it becomes too obvious.
But when it came to the election, FOX was told to tow the line and push the constructed, or there would be high costs.
Laura is advising that Trump "accept defeat." The Murdoch wives are openly celebrating - "we won." Tw*t-mouth crypto-lefty McCallum is smirking and saying "President elect Biden" as much as she can. Metro-c**t Sandra Smith was caught on hot-mic trashing people defending Trump.

Good question... just another piece that involves no past history, comparisons, actual trend data, context etc. In other words, fairly close to useless unless one wanted to spend the time doing some data mining themselves.
For this to have meaning, how about a graph with time on the X axis.... at least 5 years but then do a separate graph for say just the past month. On the Y axis, some metric that involved viewership. Then show the trend lines in different colors for Fox, CNN, MSNBC, NewsMax, OANN etc. Maybe then it will have some meaning.

Any time a news story begs more “important” questions than it answers, it’s a BS story. Call it poorly written, call it intentionally leaving it out, or call it anything else. In the end, it’s a BS story.
Unfortunately we have passed that point now. A Biden Presidency would be followed by massive vote cheating in Georgia to turn the Senate. After that will come open borders (=massive human trafficking), legalized pedophilia and laws that silence anyone who criticizes RATs. Yes we'll lose a lot of battles, but initiative and trend is nearly everything... and we have it.

OAN would be a great alternative, but they are badly in need of an infusion of big Bucks to attract talent and expand their viewing audience. Maybe if trump leaves office, he can form some kind of collective to support OAN.
