I once worked for a professor of medicine from Harvard who told me, jokingly, that if something doesn’t have side effects it’s not a medicine. I guess they’re going to have to revise that definition if this works out.

As a jihadist would explain, Israel offends Allah by its very existence, and her success is a reproach against Islam’s believers for permitting an infidel state to be in a holy place. In the closed world of Islam, all such issues must be resolved by reference to the Koran and its demands for conquest and dominion over infidels.

Any improvement in treatments would be a big plus - the old saying that “if the cancer doesn’t kill you, the treatment will” seems sadly not far from the truth in many cases.....
