Hasn't he always been able to speak?
True...I thought he might have been picking up on the deliberate pauses in speech...as far as I know, there might be characteristic patterns that someone with experience would pick up right away to indicate someone has had a battle with a speech impediment and undergone therapy.
I am probably overthinking that..:)

I concede I may not have followed everything over the last 35 years that has come out of his mouth, so he may be off the wall, or, he may just be getting old.
What are your thoughts on him (besides saying he is more unhinged than a fictional character who single-handedly tries to destroy the world)?
