Yet there are judges who, in their pursuit of rubbing out what they say is disenfranchisement of some number of people, end up creating greater disenfranchisement of actual residents who make the effort to observe all the lawful and legal processing to make their votes count.

All I do is point out the facts. The fact is that Virginia vote totals cannot be changed by a server in Germany. The totals are added from the precincts through the counties. Granted all kinds of SW "glitches", purposeful misconfiguration, etc can happen before the totals are reported. But once the totals are reported upwards, they cannot be changed downwards. My precincts votes, about 850 to 150 Trump were reported early (I saw them on the state website about 8pm) and could not be changed after that. Fairfax and other Dem strongholds kept sending votes all night. Obviously their totals changed, as they created/destroyed/counted more ballots.

It is a fact that there was fraud in VIrginia, much more than usual, with large numbers of mail ballots that could not be validated. That's in addition to our usual large numbers of illegals voting, dead people voting, double voting (lots of that a year ago), "irregularities" of various kinds.

Tucker's offer to Sidney was in effect a demand that she stop the frenzied preparation required for her to present her case in court, and instead spend a week preparing a profitable show for Tucker. It was an offer that any competent attorney would have refused, as Tucker should have known.

I’ve read her filings and unfortunately she provided no evidence for her election machine hacking claims. All the affidavits on that specific matter are opinions from “experts”, none of which had any first hand knowledge of election hacking in the US. She needs actual witnesses to the deed, not just persons who claim it is possible. OTOH, I certainly believe democrats stuffed the ballot box the old fashioned way.

AFAICT it's the DS-200 whixh has a cellular modem to connect to the internet. Don't know the protocol, I need to research that some more. The key point is that each precinct level result is display locally and recorded by the elections officials along with the party onlookers. Those tally sheets are stored at the courthouse. All those papers have to add up to the totals shown for Virginia.

There are lots of ways to cheat, but those require creation or destruction of ballots and mail ballot fraud. It's hard to multiple count ballots on election day because they are inside the locked box attached to the tabulator. The number of voters has to match the pollbooks and the number of ballots used up (including voided ballots). The best way to cheat on election day is illegals voting, multiple registration.

But prior to election day anything goes, multiple counting, alteration of incoming ballots, creating of completely fraudulent ballots. Mail-in voting is a disaster.
