Why couldn’t Guiliani have done his November 5th?

As chairman of the FR Rudy 2008 caucus (and somehow unbanned), nobody here loves Rudy more than I do.

But, he's lost a few mph off the fastball at age 76, and he was not the right man for this job.

You need to read the articles to answer your own question.

A state has amble standing to claim that election fraud in other states dilutes their electoral votes. This is an awesome move, timely, and could foprce SCOTUS to act.

I’m being a little lazy this morning, but if those states were thrown out, what does that do to the remaining electoral vote count?

If on candidate gets a majority, then the new House of Representatives chooses the President, but with each state getting one vote...in which case very likely Trump wins.

I'm even lazier, but if that happens 270 will be impossible for Joe and so either forces the GOP state legislatures to act or goes to congress.

We win either way.

This goes straight to the SC - no judge can interfere.

It is a brilliant observation on your part, noting that all of the people kicked out of the room are crammed closely together. So much for safe distancing. You noted further proof of hypocrisy that suggests election fraud. They can’t claim
“safety” in forcing observers to stand 20 feet away from the tables they are supposed to be watching, and then say nothing about herding everyone close together outside the room.

Fabulous observation.

John Cornyn is not happy about this.

I think more states should sue as well. Florida for one.

Why don’t they have standing? Their legal votes in the Electoral College would be diluted by the illegal votes of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan.

Ohio and Florida should join. Also every other state that has certified legal electors.

I’m moving to Texas. Their government and people have guts unlike the wusses in my state government.

This is the exact opposite of the PA Act 77 lawsuit.

This says that the state supreme court has no business overruling the state legislature. But the PA Act 77 lawsuit says that the legislature passed something opposed to the state constitution and it should be overruled by the state supreme court.

This isn't brilliant. It directly contradicts other lawsuits.

Also... Federalism. Texas has no business telling any other state how to conduct their elections (just as CA has no business telling TX how to conduct their elections). This is clearly unconstitutional.

Well, I have to agree with you there. Giuliani is not as quick on his feet as he used to be. None of us old geezers is (and I am referring to myself here).
