Seven other states have now joined the lawsuit.
Texas joined by a dozen or so other states files a legal action to save the Republic known as the United States of America.
NY Times writes “Look over here at who brought the action!”:
“Mr. Paxton is battling a scandal in his own state over whistle-blower allegations that he engaged in bribery and other wrongdoing to illegally help a wealthy Austin real estate developer and political donor.”
This is not at all surprising to me. In fact, it’s 100% predictable. It’s boring, devoid of anything newsworthy, just a messaging salvo from the little lefty gargoyles with keyboards to their Gretas with trust funds.
I’d say it was audacious for the ussc to rule unanimously with 1 non explanatory sentence against obvious audacious cheating in affordable of the antiamerican presidential candidate. So. Ya. Glad we gave some audacity on our side. They want us to be polite? Bush is in Georgetown or somewhere in Texas. Riding his dirt bike. The NYT can find that democrat voting crap down there
“...audacious”? the nyt is so full of bull s***.
I think Cruz is also smart enough to know that if this fraud is allowed to stand, he can kiss goodbye any hope of ever being president. Wish more pubbies would buy a freakin’ clue. If they win with cheating this time, there is no next time.
You know Paxton and Texas were going to be attacked by the Left with a vengeance. That is what the lying fake news media does for a living, especially the NY Slimes.
Jay Sekulow, says this is the one case that may resolve this fraud mess in these four battleground states and restore Trump's win to him.
No wonder, they are so angry.
Some justices think that way (e.g. Thomas) because of what the Constitution says, but the current reality is that the Court does not actually hear every original jurisdiction case. It is likely that this will be one it passes over. People need to emotionally prepare themselves for that outcome. The courts are not going to save us.
The article was written by their celebrated “fake news” department
“People need to emotionally prepare themselves for that outcome. The courts are not going to save us.”
Maybe, but it’s certainly a stronger case than running around yelling Crackin, Crackin, Crackin.
If we win, the same gutless legislatures that sat around and allowed this state of affairs will have to magically grow a pair and either withhold Electors or send Trump Electors. We can win the battle and lose the war.
Audacious? Here in Texas we prefer the term Bodacious.
Again, right to the point. Thanks.
The USSC has already agreed 6-3 to hear the case. It's already on their docket. They have given the four states named in the complaint until the 10th to respond.
But you are correct that we don't know the outcome of the case. No one ever does.

Its the audacity of hope!
In all five years since Trump announced his run for President, the *only* arguments against him have been either ad hominem or based on fabrications. Never a cogent argument against Trump’s policies.
“I think Cruz is also smart enough to know that if this fraud is allowed to stand, he can kiss goodbye any hope of ever being president. Wish more pubbies would buy a freakin’ clue. If they win with cheating this time, there is no next time.”

This is the crux of the matter, this is the reason why those who understand the situation know that either The Steal is put aside, or our entire system of government will be destroyed, and our way of life along with it. They will not only cheat again (just as much, if not more), but will pack the Court, admit DC and PR, and make legally voting citizens of over 20 million illegals. There will never be another Republican President again, nor will Republicans control either House again.
Now you have to post pictures of things that are “bodacious.” :>)
