What a damn joke. If the fat piece of garbage is at risk isolate him in a cage and put him on a diet. And why is it a permanent release? Why not re arrest him after his vaccine? Or, best option, just shoot him! I tell you if this person had done what he did to my family I’d be a vigilante and he’d wish he could hide in prison. Our modern era disgusts me. They think they are civilized but all they are doing is serving evil.

I doubt cost was a consideration....when you’re chasing violent killers. The UK is flooded with such.
