IIRC, it goes to the house, where they vote by state, not by individual representatives, Trump wins with 26 to 30 states.

If it goes to the House for a decision, then you are correct. Trump is favored with the GOP controlling something like 30 of the House state delegations.
But if it doesn't get to the House, then the 12th Amendment to the Constitution says the President of the Senate, Pence, counts the electors and the candidate with the most votes wins.
If Pence tossed the disputed states electors because of suspected fraud or irregularities like not complying with the constitution in conducting their elections, Trump would have the advantage with something like 232 electoral votes for Trump versus 222 for Biden. Trump would win.
