If it indeed goes to a lawsuit ( filed by someone who has been defamed ), then the evidence can be presented to a judge or a jury who will ALL BE UNDER PENALTY OF JAIL *NOT* TO LEAK IT TO ANYONE OUTSIDE THE COURT.
The thing that I await is — Someone who has been accused to sue the pants off Lin Wood for defamation.

He can allege all he wants. It’s what he has PROVEN that matters.
Because it is damaging to the credibility of Trump and conservatives and Republicans in general, not to mention some of his former and current clients, whom the Left also despises.

Some folks here think that’s his actual goal. Perhaps. But I think it’s more likely that Mr. Wood just wants to keep a spotlight on himself for publicity purposes. And spouting crazy theories would do the trick.
And he couldn’t care less if that hurts the conservative cause.

This is the same Lin Wood that was recommending that Republicans boycott the Georgia senate runoff elections “because we won’t vote on their damn machines.”
Lin Wood only cares about Lin Wood.
That said, Lin Wood's scenario is asinine and impossible. Even with a gun to your head, a normal person could not rape and kill a child. And if you were weak or weird and could do it, they couldn't blackmail you with the video because the video would show you were forced to do it with a gun to your head.

However, the fact that Lin Wood is claiming that he has actually video footage of Chief Justice Roberts raping and murdering a child ups the stakes… he’s either flat-out liar or he’s exposing the Deep State for all to see!

If true..... it would of course be unbelievable.
If false.....it would be unbelievable that Wood would make the charge.
Only thing we really know for sure is that Roberts sure has conducted himself as a highly compromised individual. There would seem to be some other objective with all this..... I’m wondering if there is something else that is actually true that is quite well hidden and this is Wood’s way of exposing it.
Lin Woods is a defamation lawyer, and he knows exactly what he can get away with. "I think," "I've heard," "I suggest" are not actionable, especially against a public figure.
If you think he's telling the truth because he's a lawyer, I have a bridge to sell you.

Because he only offers the PROMISE of something in the future, it's a con as well.
