Then why doesn’t Roberts sue Lin Wood for defamation to disabuse everyone of this horrible PUBLIC accusation?
You could easily show clips that don’t contain the actual rape or murder, but would be enough to establish that a video seeming to meet the description exists.
Of course that’s not being done because the video obviously doesn’t exist.

And he explains his belief that the standard he would be held to regarding the accusations is not that he needs absolute proof.

Don’t know about crazy pills, but I believe this is what happened to Hunter Biden in China. The Chinese have pictures of him with children.
I disagree with my FRiends that he’s “going nuts”. I believe his language is crafted to reach maximum levels. Is Wood an opportunist? I don’t know. Does he love the Country to the point of jeopardizing his personal freedoms? I don’t know. But is his rhetoric that much different than that heralded by Washington’s contemporaries?
It’s necessary to mention that I respect Mike Pence. I pray for the well-being of him and his loved one’s, and will continue to do so regardless of the outcomes that lie ahead.
In the context of this Constitutional battle, I don’t find Wood’s rhetoric alarming. I’m more concerned about its dismissal for reasons of the decorum we’re used to.
Singling out individuals certainly pushes the envelope of acceptable rhetoric, but what does it mean to you when condemning Wood for his stated, alarming consequences that would stem from losing the Country?

The problem for the more dull freepers here is that if what Kappy said was true, it could have made him crazy and suicidal.
Lin Wood’s story is absolutely consistent enough all around to be true. And the effect of his story will be due in part to what people _believe_.
If he’s a communist operative, he’s the most convincing of all of them by a very long shot.
Compare him to the known operatives, let’s say senate republicans. What he has in common with them is that he’s a lawyer, and that’s bad. I don’t see much else in common, including his rhetoric and demeanor.
If he’s convincing a lot of conservatives that he is for real, imagine how many goofy leftists think he is for real.
Therefore his life truly in in danger. That’s a kind of evidence that he’s sincere. We’re discussing his sincerity now, not his accuracy.

I still say he does have information. Being a defamation attorney he wouldn’t risk being sued especially since he has so many enemies on the left. Another thing, has Chief Injustice Roberts made any comments on the accusations. Tells me all I need to know. My complaint is Lin needs to drop the info NOW
