So, you are saying that if Trump had a better legal team, the courts would have agreed to hear every suit that they filed, even the USSC, and considered those suits strictly on the basis of law, with no consideration of politics.

(1) Do we actually know that the people who broke into the Capitol building are Trump Supporters?
(2) How many broke in? The number of people engaged in violence or destruction of property INSIDE the Capitol building looks quite small - less than 20 from the videos I have seen.
(3) Has anyone seen an estimate for the crowd size when Trump was speaking?
