Hahaha

They started crawling at the Capitol and they’re still crawling.

Contemptible jackwads,

Did any of them think of going out to talk to the people they represent?

To be accountable and help calm the situation?

Let the people air their grievances?

No, they’re all a bunch of worthless jellyfish.

Dinkford was 67% in 2016 - but Inhofe was only 63% in 2020.

You could give this Repukelickin POS a real scare in 2022.

I estimate that small government conservatives are 25% of the consistent voting public [19% voted Perot in 1992, DESPITE all the Media-Uniparty-Deep State dirty tricks, which President Trump has shown us to be real things].

Wait'll the Repukes get a load of the Woke Twenty Five Percent.

I would guess that even a RepubliGimp who got 60% might not be safe if the Woke 25%ers coordinated the bayonetting really well.

And I'm not talking about primarying Dinkford.

I'm talking about voting Democrat in the general.

Geez, what are they (GOP) all so afraid of?? Not being re-elected?? They’ve already pretty much assured their defeat come the next election (if we’re smart which, I’ll grant, is questionable). So I’m completely flummoxed as to why none of these GOP Senators and CongressCritters (except for my Rep, Zeldin) aren’t at least calling out the left for their violent and unAmerican behavior, if not actually standing behind Trump and what he’s tried to accomplish.

These people make me ill.

The GOP (other than Trump) just might be the most tone-deaf group of people on the planet. They keep opening their mouths and pissing off their constituents even more. I'm completely serious when I say that this party needs to die, and quickly. It is the only way that the Democrats can eventually (emphasis) be dealt with properly.

It sure was an eye opener when some pubic unrest hit the
Capital Building. I wonder how many people who frequent
its halls each day, have a handle on how much less
disruptive the evens there were, than what has been
taking place across the country since ANTIFA and BLM
declare war on the nation and anyone with decent values
early last year.

Today the halls of Congress were just fine. There were
no fires burning. The offices would be back to normal
in days. One person was killed. It was a rioter (if
you buy into that description). The point is, nothing
near what people have had to put up with, with no end
in sight, took place yesterday.

Right now cities across the nation have businesses that
have had the store fronts knocked in. They’ve been
looted. They’ve been set afire.

Citizens can’t get out to work. They can’t get out
to rebuild these places. And of course ANTIFA and BLM
are still out there destroying everything in sight
anyway.

Who cared about these folks losses. Who gave a rats
ass that their family’s livelihood was gone?

I hear all the pontification about yesterday’s events,
but it’s surreally laughable.

The rest of the nation has had to endure for ten months.
The Capital Hill set, had to endure for several hours.

Whine whine whine. Why it’s the worst thing to happen
in our nation’s history. No it wasn’t. The worst
thing in our nation’s history had been taking place on
city streets, in restaurants, in a myriad of sma)ll
businesses.

Those folks on Capital Hill are so far removed from what
is actually taking place in this nation, it’s amazing
they can still walk and dress themselves.

I feel sorry for the average American, what’s going on
these days. I feel sorry for the people on Capital
Hill too. They are a laughing stock to the rest of us.

They are idiots of the highest magnitude.

They have the media to fawn over them and lie for them.
They have the media to damn us, and blame everything
that takes place on us, but it’s just make believe.

We have had it with their animalistic treatment of us.

We have never had to put up with this type of activity
before, and so yesterday was folks blowing off some
steam.

We don’t know who broke into the Capital Building at
first. Was it Trump supporters? Well, they’ve never
been violent before. But yesterday, it was known there
were ANTIFA folks mixed in. Still, every sound-byte
was tagged on Trump’s coat tails.

Remember when Obama fanned the flames of the riots in
that town near Saint Louis (Fergeson was it)? Did the
media tag that on his coattails?

Our elected leaders on Capital Hill deserve no respect
from us. Hundreds of people gave sworn testimony about
the criminality they witnessed on November 3rd. None
the less, the fraud was defended by almost all elected
officials.

What do these idiots on Capital Hill expect? Normal
humans just seeking out a path to success in life have
had their lives devastated this last year. People have
been killing others just like them on a whim.

The police do nothing. The mayors do nothing. The
police chiefs do nothing. The military isn’t called out.
The Legislatures and governors do nothing.

People on Capital Hill do nothing. And then the icing
on the cake, we vote and that is stolen from us also.

Yesterday was a wake up call. Did anyone listen? No.
Today those sanctimonious assholes cut loose on the
American people like they were some sort of rabid dogs.

Mitch McConnell, was as much a ring leader in that as
anyone.

Over the last 48 hours, there have been public calls
for gathering all Conservatives and doing away with
them. Did Mitch mention that? No, because in my
opinion, he would welcome that sort of thing.

Hillary, we are not the deplorables. I can certainly
point you in the right direction today if you really
want to know who and where they are.

Why do you call him a ‘RINO’?
His long letter to constituents seems to have some very good points in it.

Trump was elected because he presented as a "fighter" who would shift power out of the swamp to the citizens; something something very much desired by Americans.

With that in mind, the reasoning in this letter suggests the author doesn't have the strength of character to serve as an effective politician and it even appears likely he misrepresented himself to his constituents, which could roughly define the term, RINO.

After the riot in the Capitol, not only did I know the commission would not pass, I also knew delaying the vote would only add more uncertainty and opportunities for risk in our nation.

The riots had very little chance of adding more uncertainty and risk to the nation The validity of this election, which was the issue he was to address, was substantially more important than some amount of undefined uncertainty or risk.

Rioters interrupted and destroyed an opportunity to have a serious dialogue on election issues in the days ahead. Any hope...was gone.

B.S. It was a simple interruption that would have been over in a matter of hours and not to reoccur.

So...I voted to accept the electors...

More accurately, in order to avoid strain and discomfort he voted on behalf of 75,000,000 fellow Americans to ignore widespread and obvious fraud and illegality, to deprive them of an effective president and to deliver what may eventuate to be one of the two or three greatest threats in the history of our nation.

I hope that gives you a sense of what many of us believe.

Do the second only if the first doesn’t work. Let the local PTB what you did and why. I’m staying registered R only to vote against the nincompoops in the primaries.

Lankford and Republicans are more concerned with yesterday than the voter fraud that occurred on election day. Why? Because the rigging of the election was done with the consent of the Republican establishment, which Lankford is obviously a member in good standing of.

But it would be more helpful if you addressed some of the actual points in the letter.

Originally, you asked a simple question: Why do you call him a ‘RINO’? I responded to that narrow inquiry by pointing to the author's "actual" words.

The "actual points" you refer to seem to be offered in the letter as a smoke screen. Many of the points appear after a quick skim to be sound, logical, common-sense measures that have been in the public domain for quite a while; and many, ironically, do not appear to support his decision to abandon his political commission or, arguably, his oath of office.

Your request for more help understanding my response reminds one of a small child who replies to an answer by then asking, "Yeah, Daddy, but then why does...". The child is learning at an early age that the one who asks the questions appears to be in charge.

A thought for everyone:

Is it possible that the suspension of the Senators remarks regarding election irregularities was in fact the object of the attempt to occupy the capital building?

That suspension and what then followed when the Senate was able to reconvene definitely ended getting many of the election irregularities into the Senate record and ended presenting the case for objections to electors.
