The political class reveled in the BLM/Antifa because they were fake, astroturfed false flag operations executed by a tiny minority of paid pros and their useful idiot followers acting under the orders of their Democrat masters and funders.

The BLM/Antifa movement is tiny, has little true public support and is controlled and funded by Democrats who can turn it on or off at their will.

All of Washington is terrified of Trumps MAGA movement because it's real, it's huge, it's true grass roots, it's motivated, it's angry and they don't control it.

MAGA has the wide spread public support, it's growing and it's getting organized.

MAGA long ago realized that President Trump was not the true target of the hate and violence the Left threw against him, the true target was them.

Washington is now realizing to their horror that the normal, everyday working American's that they have betrayed and disenfranchised are waking up to just how badly they have been screwed and ripped off by both parties.

They are getting rich by making us poor.

They are gaining power by making the country and it's people weak

They are destroying our country in order to rebuild it in their image - and their image of a fundamentally changed America is one in which normal Americans will not be able to recognize or even live in.

This process has already started in earnest even before Joe Biden is sworn in. Just look at the hate filled, vengeful proposals coming out of the new Democrat controlled government.

They are labeling MAGA supporters as Domestic Terrorists and seriously proposing arrest, reeducation and retribution against MAGA supporters

They are trying to kill MAGA the same way they killed the TEA Party.

They cannot be allowed to succeed. Democrats are implacably and virulently opposed to MAGA and want to destroy it.

They wish to destroy Making America Great Again.

That says a lot.

Gov Andrew Cuomo spoke for all Democrats when he declared, loudly and proudly, "America was never all that great to begin with"
