The Prob & Stats teachers will tell you that the chance of "Heads" coming up again is still 50-50. But the unspoken assumption is that the coin being tossed is legit. "Fat Tony" would put all of his money on "Heads" because he knows that the game is all-but-certainly rigged.
“Ahnold” used the wrong historical analogy. The Capitol incident was more akin to the Reichstag fire of 1933, which the Nazis conveniently blamed on the Communists and used as an excuse to begin enacting laws that eventually turned the moribund Weimar Republic into the totalitarian Third Reich.
