Cheapskates! Why not $150 an hour, or $1,500 or even $15,000? Why so chincy? If they REALLY want to help these people, why stop at $15?
filled up a few days ago. Normally, around 34..37ish. It was almost 58. I know for certain that it will go far higher. It’s what they want. The ruling class is sapping every bit of wealth out of the middle-class, its a robbery. At the end of the next 4 years, there will be NO middle-class left. There will just be the ruling class and their “slaves”.
I think that biden and the ruling class are trying to hand china what it wants. To replace the dollar for the yaun as the standard for international transactions. You have a front row seat to watching yourself being sold out by an invalid government working for the ruling class and the communist chinese. History in action. We’ve witnessed the end of the United States Of America as a Democratic Republic. Now we are witnessing what follows.
It was just an example I made up to illustrate the point that any raise above $0 is pointless.
The only real gainers and the driving force behind such fiscal nonsense are unions which have their wages set at a rate above the minimum; when the minimum goes up so do their wages.
Unless they’re unemployed...
Good grief!
Reminds me of the guy asking an old time to hire him.
The Old timer said he’d give him a shot if he showed up Monday morning.
Then guy then asked what the job paid.
The old timer said, “I’ll pay you what you’re worth”.
The guy replied, “I can’t live on that”.
Good point, thank you!
FEW people realize that EVERY Union contract has a clause in it that bumps UP their pay along with ‘minimum wage increases.
Bump up Minimum wage $1 an hour-—EVERY such contract also goes up $1 an hour.....
If your union contract calls for your skills to get paid $40 an hour-—you will move up to $41 an hour.
People wonder why there are kiosks to order from at McDonald’s...
Why A$a15.00 an hour? Why not a hundred dollars an hour?
$130 Billion??????? Each state should have that covered....don't let your state take money from the feds...there are always strings attached. What on earth would cost $130 Billion to open schools across the USA?
That's not what I wonder. I wonder as they get rid of that, "Expensive labor", with automation, when are their prices coming down? I would guess automation will drop the prices of their products significantly.
keep the faith it ain’t over yet.
