“I wish all three would move over to NewsMax.”

Even if it was possible, it’s not that easy. Fox stars sign a non-compete agreement for a year and half usually. Remember how O’Reilley and Megyn Kelly disappeared for a long time after leaving Fox?

Can’t wait for Barr to be deposed by Sidney Powell and Lin Woods. Rudy Giuliani has lost his fast ball.

Depositions of Smartmatic and Dominion will also be must watch videos.

The complaint alleged that the “disinformation campaign” continued even after then-Attorney General William Barr said the Department of Justice could find no evidence of widespread voter fraud.

Is this really one of the arguments Dominion is hanging its hat on?

Folks, this proves this lawsuit is there just to shut people up, no more, no less.

Yeah. That’s a distortion of what he said, and both he and the original reporter directly said so.

Heh, you and I were on the same page, no doubt.

We have the same problem in courts that we have in a lot of areas. There are people we cannot trust to be impartial or do their job in a professional manner, simply because they are Leftists. Sure...if you have a leftist surgeon doing heart surgery on a conservative or someone they might dislike, they have to do their best because not doing their job will point the blame right back at them in a very real way.

In a courtroom, no. And is spills into other areas as well.

We have a Freeper who seems determined to denigrate any claims of fraud because some circumstances or pieces of information may not be completely clear, so he latches on to those and deconstructs them.

I read some of his analysis, and he appears to have some knowledge, but there was one analysis that I felt like I wanted to roll my eyes on.

He had issues with the organization Allied Security Operations Group, LLC which was hired to do the forensic analysis on the Dominion voting systems in Antrim Michigan after a rare judge granted legal access to the voting systems which allowed the plaintiff who was concerned his vote had not been counted (who, for ONCE, was deemed to have “standing” in an election case.)

They were able to get the machines frozen and were able to take exact copies of the software, and examine the hardware.

This Freeper came down on them in a variety of ways, one assault on them in particular by saying they weren’t a “real” computer group, they were a political group who formed a new LLC back in November 2020 for political purposes and weren’t to be respected or trusted.

I read this and thought “Well, yeah. The way leftists are, would any self-respecting and competent investigator hire a company like...say...Crowdstrike to do the analysis? Of course not. All it would take was one Leftist working for a computer forensics company to turn a gallon of pristine water into sewage with one drop of his presence.”

Leftists have shown they cannot be trusted in any role for anything, never mind something like this.

So, if tasked by a plaintiff attorney, rather than bring in a pre-existing organization such as Crowdstrike, I would put together a team of my own, of technical specialists known to be politically reliable.

Just an example of what we face on our side.
