They really should. They market heavily to African American customers with the old Micky D’s as if it were the name of a popular rapper. They should have more African American executives. How else will they know what the customers really care about. I don’t eat at McDonalds because they don’t put very much meat in their hamburgers. Their fries are really good but they get under your car seat and look just as good 2 years later. I never tasted a 2 year old McDonalds French fry. Probably a couple seconds in the microwave.
Notice they don't insist there are more women, Asians, LGBTQ etc. in executive positions.

And if they put individuals in executive positions that are the right shade but that cause losses to profitability through incompetence, the senior executive’s bonuses will be slashed!

The company I work at has 4 managers above my manager (maybe more, big company).... Almost 3 years ago they hired a guy from India in 4th top most position. Within 2 years the bottom 3 positions were occupied by people from India. My managers boss whose title was director “retired” a year and a half ago. He even left a message to us saying he wasn’t pushed out.
All of the former managers were pushed out.
My manager and supervisor here in Calif are white guys. The east coast supervisor quit and found another job 1 year after the director “retired”. I imagine the manager and supervisor must know they will be replaced. The company now only hires people from a temp company or in India.
If you are at McDonalds the current managers know that no matter how good a job they do they will be pushed out.
The first minority “leadership position” should be the one to replace the dimwit that came up with this plan.
Of course I am. I am as negro as they get. I am directly descended from the very first slave in America. Black, black, black, that’s me!
While we are at it, McDonald leaders (aka PC aholes), how about reducing prices for we Senior Folks. I really would love to sue you for “Ageism and discrimination” against the retired or unemployed -who should get their food for free”.

It won’t; they understand they can’t tell whole groups of people they just “don’t fit”, so they have to play out this whole charade to pretend assimilation works. The problem is that when you have set-asides, the most able of the “preferred classes” take all of the set-aside slots (usually Hispanics and white or Asian women). An acquaintance described to me how Hispanic men were to be quietly removed from consideration for a certain state agency; they were getting all of the set-aside slots on their merits, and there weren’t any blacks getting them.
I was thinking about “being” a Native American tranny lesbian.
I’m always left with more questions after reading such brilliance.
Does this mentality confirm or defy Newton’s laws?
Does enough support force exist in the universe to prop up this mass of stupidity growing at an exponential rate?
When it does break its moorings could we harness its power to keep Texas from freezing again one hundred years in the future?
