I think McDonald’s owes all of their success to minorities and should force all of the white board members and franchise owners to first train their minority replacements and then hand over all their assets and stock to their minority replacements and publicly apologize and ask their forgiveness. However most employers do not maintain data on employees’ skin color. ...therefore for example, an employee would not have the statistical evidence to support a claim that a company was promoting more light skinned workers than dark skinned employees...or that of race.
Interesting is “Lighter is better” in darker skinned cultures, color discrimination is inherent in countries such as Africa, India, Pakistan, and South America. This is why the largest selling skin care products in these nations are skin lightner lotions and treatments.
Also interesting is the most typical scenario of color discrimination involves lighter skinned African Americans discriminating against darker skinned African Americans, color bias cases also have been brought within other groups, including Native Americans and Arabs.
This is what happens when you hire “young talent” who are ivy league educated and indoctrinated in leftist agenda politics.
