To be fair, the judge's screed is a good read -- Federal Judges are usually blase and pretend to be jaded so as to appear impervious (imperial!) to the Narrative, so any Judge thoughtful enough to remember Candy Crowley's scurrilous moderation of that Second Debate is someone who groks all the pieces of this nasty "1000-Piece MSM Cabal Puzzle".
