What, pray tell, is he going to do by fiat? These blogs keep trying to scare us into clicking, but Biden is bound by law as Trump and every other President was. Apparently his EOs (scheduled for tomorrow) will include:
"The Justice Department, within 60 days, will issue a proposed rule to make clear when a device marketed as a stabilizing brace effectively turns a pistol into a short-barreled rifle subject to the requirements of the National Firearms Act."
So large handguns are definitely one of their targets...
