At the end of the day it's going to be on the honor system. No one says you have to be vaccinated but if dishonest people want to fake their vaccination status they'll be able to.

I personally know two people under 30 who have $200,000+ hospital bills that’s 200,000 reasons not to get the Rona. Both women were fitness models who worked at a hooters type established doing face to face sales and Both ended up at hospital in critical care. Having rubbish level medical insurance being 1099 employees as “model actresses” which is used as a legal loophole to get around a number of tax and title IV laws basically So they can be independent contractors. The short facts are they are on the hook for home mortgage level debts. Mind you these women had zero per conditions did I mention fitness models the Rona can and will put 15% of all ages in hospital who contract it and not everyone who goes is a ugly American wide body. The risk of vaccination is a 0.0017% chance of negative outcome to be 96% immune Israel has reams of data with hundreds of thousands of human real world data points to back that up. When I got my second dose the vast majority of people getting their first dose were 20s and 30s Texas is basically done with the boomers and the 40s group half have a 1B level illness and got the vax months ago.
I fully expect the CDC to issue yellow cards some time soon. I use mine to get in and out if Africa on the regular they will just add another line right after yellow fever , dengue fever, and typhus. Easy peasy. The DRC , Gabon, and Lagos all require them. I’m a petroleum geologist amongst other things use it mine in equatorial Africa all the time.

There are no security features on the card, so it would be useless as a passport. (But the CDC is thinking forward, because it left spaces for vaccination for Ebola 22 and Walking Dead Virus 23!)
I had thought that all vaccine recipients were entered into databases.
The vaccine non-passport states seem to be doing better with respect to COVID19 infections and deaths - perhaps risk is best managed personally, rather than leaving the thinking to government bureaucrats?

I had Covid-19 last January in Thailand/Laos, but luckily started immediately on Hydroxychloroquine as an anti malaria prophylactic.(was traveling a few days down the Mekong River)
Like you, I have had so many vaccinations for world travel. Last prior to this was Japanese Encephalitis and Yellow Fever.
I use the university pharmacists at the med school who are certified as world travel consultants for disease prevention. Whatever they say, it goes in me. They’ve done a real good job so far, and if I die, so be it. Did it before in 1988 from meningitis and the odds are 100% it will happen again.

Funny how with this “virus”.. HIPAA has gone completely OUT the window. It doesn’t exist for this.. People will ask if/when you’ve gotten the vaccine like it is suppose to be PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE. If you choose NOT to share any info, then you are some sort of destroyer of humanity. The “I got the vaccine” crowd reminds me of some weird high school group... and you aren’t “IN” unless you talk about your vaccine experience. We live in really, really weird times
I’m OK handling my COVID treatment personally. And my state (of mind) requires no passport, so I won’t be printing off a dummy copy for the dummies.
