The parent should be charged with neglect, they in the kids should be deported back to Ecuador. And their deportation should be charged to Ecuador.

What parents wound leave the children while “escaping” “oppression?” I would be dead before I deserted my babies. And a whole lot of other people would be dead before I would be.
Now that they’ve located the parents, the whole family can be deported and stay together. Sweet!
How about a criminal investigation? What was the parents’ role?
The kids will be lucky if that’s all it is. Meanwhile, they are in danger.

arrest the parents, charge them with felony child endangerment and transferring funds to a known terrorist organization (cartels). Return the 3yo and 5yo children (who probably haven’t seen those parents in at least a year or two) to their home country to other relatives that they were originally living with. Extradite the parents to country of origin as undesirables.
IF they will do this to their own children, how will they act towards American children? And we reward that behavior? But only if they are hispanic origin.
Are the “parents” in the US legally...if so couldn’t they have brought the kids with them? If the so called parents are here illegally deport them and their kids. I seriously doubt these are the real parents. This whole thing is suspect.
