Forgot to mention that my Rating was closing up, and looking at too long to make CPO - another reason I left.
Biden blinked—this proves he’s weak and doesn’t really care about Ukraine. This is a “Green Light” to Putin for his coming actions A) The land bridge to Crimea. B) The seizure of all of Ukraine as a client state if not a full member of the Russian Federation (They need their bread basket back).

I was a SCORE PO3, then got a time in grade waiver to PO2, and wrecked a knee before I was supposed to serve in a CV in the Med and even though it required surgery chain of command gave me poor mark next review. When I had enough time in grade to test for PO1 I was stationed on an AF base, so went up to Bremerhaven to take the test.The CO couldn’t understand why I had the lowest marks of all the sailors testing for PO1, he made four or five calls to find out why. I took the test and was the only only one who passed the test and was promoted. Then was the long wait until the 77 board when I finally selected. BTW, I was a red hashmark and crow until I was commissioned
