The “wokeism” consuming our nation is ridiculous. There is nothing disrespectful about how it is presented or the logo’s, but that does not matter.

All of this craziness is what happens when you create numerous college majors for wokeism. They needed jobs (other than Starbucks) so they have inserted themselves into government and corporations and the media at all levels and here we are.

Folks focused on grievances who see one behind every bush and have a handful to throw out on their own are now dictating messaging and action by organizations.

Patently unconstitutional. They have no power to ban any such name. They might be able to refuse a trademark or business name, but probably not even that.

Although if it only bans only Native American names, I guess the 'Portland N-----s' will still be available.

Most names and mascots are positive. Like that beautiful girl on the butter box, which was just erased.
Eliminating them sound really racist. Like a cancelation if Native Americans.
