I did not think anyone could beat out Inslee for being an idiot, but Joe is certainly trying
Yes, but it's from Oregon - the Umpqua River area in Southern Oregon. My sister-in-law, who grew up in Roseburg, says that "Umpqua" means "full tummy". BTW - Umpqua Ice Cream is the best - even better than Tillamook!
English names only. Ban it all, including banning recognition all the faketribes not recognized by the US govt as of 1900.
so, will actual native americans be allowed to use their ow names, symbols, and imagery as mascots, logos, or team names for their OWN teams?
(Hell, I'll take all your Buffalo nickels, Indian Head pennies, and Sacagawea dollars, too!)
(No problem! Happy to help!)
Federal Way schools:

Federal Way Schools middle schools are named after Native American Indians.
When we were in the process of naming Sequoyah Middle School, the name Satiacum was suggested after the Puyallup tribal leader, Robert Satiacum. On the night of the decision, members of the Puyallup Tribe showed up in native American dress and chanted in their tribal language with drums. That is how proud they were to have their leader considered for a school name.
After all those Native American Indian names get cancel cultured, I won’t know how to find my way around Washington State.
this city council remains leftist and it was because of some IMO hanky panky...the rat was defeated until the count was finished a week later and walllaaa...he won, keeping the majority on the council for the leftists....
we will never have a fair election in Washington state while they let mail in rule the day....
my dtr moved to Oregon and lived there 10 yrs...they kept sending her a mail in ballot....I tried to call the get them to take her off the list but they said only the "voter" could do it......
That’s awesome!
I always thought Humptulips should have the motto “we love flowers”
