Congrats on getting duped by a journalist into thinking he backpedaled and apologized when he didn’t.

Never liked Rogan. He’s not funny.
Most of the other people on duty would just blow them off and tell them that nothing was going on, and there were some very good reasons for doing that. But I always kept track of events that I thought were interesting that I could pass on that would reflect well on the department.
When I passed on information to the media I was very specific and gave each outlet the same information. Usually they had little interest in anything that did not involve deaths, injuries, or some type of evil. But when I would see or hear the resulting story reported later in the media... it was incredible how much of the time they were not able to get even the most basic facts right. And these were not even controversial stories. Even something like firefighters giving mouth to mouth and saving a puppy or kitten would get messed up. It was incredible! From this experience I have very little faith in the media's ability to get anything right. And this is why other people working at our communications center wanted nothing to do with them.
They always backtrack, flip flop, apologize or get woke.
Who watches Joe Rogan to see Joe Rogan? I watch his interviews with guys like Randall Carlson, Graham Hitchcock and Bob Lazar.
I give Rogan credit that he lets his guests talk. He’s mostly ignorant on shit but his crew is efficient and he lets his guests direct the discussion.

Is he also a standup comedian? The guy is as dull as dishwater. I can’t see him being funny. Is his act about doing acid?

Sure. I bet all the commies are convinced that he's a sell out for making money.
He signed a 10 year $100mm contract with Spotify and they are deleting his podcasts as fast as he makes them. He has some interesting guests and basically gives them a forum.
His input is mostly about doing drugs. His MMA commentary is terrible. I’ve watched maybe 20 of his podcasts. He’s the least interesting thing on his show.
