I give them credit for trying. Do nothing gets nothing. Pro se cases are usually disfavored by the courts, as they make arguments and bring cases that lawyers won't touch. Occasionally, they bear fruit.

presenting a Quo Warranto to a corrupt court or supreme court is novel, but you know there will be a ruling of moot or no standing.
Which means the entire judiciary is beyond broke.
It is insignificant, as the attempt.
It makes the fact that the judiciary lacks standing to deliver an opinion.
My concern is that judiciary will now invalidate the AZ senate elections as a way to stop the audit, although that isn't part of this action.
Since the petition alleges that recent elections were illegal, that means that at least Ducey's last two appointments to the AZ Supreme Court will need to recuse themselves, since the allegations are that they weren't lawfully appointed...

Anybody gonna swim in those shark-infested waters better learn how to speak legalese and type in English.
EVERY reference to an established point of Law needs a complete citation; chapter and verse.
This is fine street English that the common man can understand but don’t dare take this into a court and expect to win.

They just stole their elections. Everyone KNOWS this. And we keep mailing in those ballots hoping that some how we can prevail. Meanwhile they are getting ready to grab the guns or make it too expensive to own. The ballots are still being flushed and so are patriots.

Nonsense. This lawsuit is stupid on the face of it. Demanding that elected officials be replaced with anonymous members of the public, that promise they are qualified. Just ridiculous.

Sir, you are so hopelessly far off target I am not even going to reply. I suggest you re read what I said and study up on the Quo Warranto legal procedure.
To: Hostage
The courts have decided that they can’t mess with election fraud as that would screw up the system of corruption that they’re part of. There will be no relief from them.

Just look at the minimal number of Republicans elected in Oregon since mail in voting began in 1987. And no republicans elected governor since! Democrats have been holding fraudulent elections here for 34 years.
But hey, it's all for the best. Portland is a lovely town now, run by virtuous individuals who care about the common good.

I agree I think as crappy a president as he would have been, Mitt Romney did defeat Obama in 2012.
Don't fool yourself. Romney lost because he wanted to lose. He's a key swamp creature. And beyond being a "crappy president," he would have advanced socialism faster than Obunglo did.

I have. Your hopes run in the vein of Sovereign Citizen legal pageantry that never, ever works out for them. The Quo Warranto suit is absolutely contrary to sanity and State and Federal law, and is just laughably stupid.

Quo Warranto in Latin means- By what warrant. Our Founding
Since you think Quo Warranto is so funny, I forward to you our founding fathers thoughts:
Fathers were thinking about future generations when they included this special protection to the people from usurpation of an elected office.
Quo Warranto is not stated directly in the Constitution but rather was inclusively guaranteed by the 9th Amendment. Our Federal statutes are codified in the volumes of United States Code, that is, our federal laws. This is where Quo Warranto can be found.
The Founders also mentioned in the Constitution under Article I section 8, the place where a Writ of Quo Warranto would be served on the government- the Federal District of Columbia. Washington D.C.

I am not judging the Quo Warranto as a concept, just this ridiculous one. It demands that many elected officials are summarily fired, to be replaced with the anonymous authors, who promise that they are qualified to take those offices. It is going to be laughed out of court.

Well, if Maricopa County officials, who are under subpoena from the AZ legislature, repeat that they delegated running other elections to private contractors like Dominion, and that is determined to violate state law, those offices could be declared vacant. I am not hopeful on that point, nor do I think that if that happened the judge would appoint those bringing the action to office. However, if you don't ask, you don't get.

......wrong again, you seem to suggest there’s no cause for the demandant’s “demands” and that he/she is filing this claim on a whim as opposed to very serious concerns.
You say “to be replaced”..........wrong, the vacated office will only be administered by a temporary person pending an Election.
Plus, you ignore that there will be a trial where the accused will have a judge and a jury who may rule in their favor and against the demandmant.
Finally, if you are going to laugh at a legal proceeding fine, that’s your right, just state the whole facts completely.
One thing we may agree on is that our current judiciary system is likely too corrupt to handle such a proceeding without determinative bias and even criminal behavior.
